Mike Jozefowicz

Percussion & Trumpet Faculty

Mike Jozefowicz graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in music education having both a vocal and an instrumental major.  He 1971 he earned his Master’s Degree in teaching music.  He taught band in Bloomington, Wisconsin from 1965 to 1967, and then moved to Dubuque where he taught band in the parochial grade schools through the auspice of Wahlert High School (1967 – 1969).  Since retirement Mike has found time to play in various local ensembles including: The Tri-State Wind Symphony; The Americana Band; and the New Horizons Band.

Mr. J also teaches voice, guitar, and bass at NISOM.
